I like this place a lot of one of my favorite THe staff are very nice. The food is always good and the part more then enough. The restaurant has plenty of space in and between table that is very rare for this Asian place The outside is very common, but the inside is nicely large and clean. However strangely this place looks from outside, it is quite surprising when you enter it. A beautiful place, good and friendly service. Just one point down for the absence of vegetarian dishes. Excellent value for the price you pay.

Firstly，this restaurant is not Vietnamese but Thai. Secondly，the service is too slow, one of the waiters ignored us even when he saw the beckoning. Thirdly，mandatory and fixed tips without asking our opinions.

Worst place I have eaten out in over 40 years. Nothing Thailand or Vietnam about it. Service terrible, obligatory tips tasteless food. I wonder if the owners/cooks have ever tasted true Thai before. I got Canadian style gravy dumped on Canadian cut veggies and a tiny , tiny bit of vermicelli on the side. I was stunned. No flavour whatsoever ! The place was packed with people over 70 and now I know why. Plus the whole mess cost me Almost 30.00 Do not go unless you are over 70, with no palate and have never been off the continent or tasted authentic Thai cuisine. Honestly… disgusting.

Really good value and delicious food. Recommend it and make sure to ask additional ginger in dishes if you like this taste. Tends quite busy and/or lively on Friday and Saturday night. Oh bonus points because it's a BYOW.

Visits COVID. They strengthen social distancing and the staff wore masks at any time. Ordered the chicken, scallop and shrimp in tom-yum sauce. It came with soup of the day (chicken noodle with Vermicelli), imperial roles, the main dish, coffee/tea and dessert. All before tax was $20! Great value for delicious food. The service was decent, although it was tense due to food, limited staff and translation questions. Repeat allergies in French to be sure they understand. A great experience!
