I had a very bad experience with poor service. Unfortunately, it looks more like one person who should not be doing service. Took over 25 min to get a glass of wine and they ordered the wrong plate for one of my 2 kids. It took another 25 minutes to get it … my kid was almost crying and the waitress was waiting at the bar… i had to go talk to her at the bar… really not up to the Concorde level of service…

I felt kind of silly for ordering a pizza at a fancy resturaunt but it was so yummy! Our server was a star!

I have visited this restaurant for breakfast twice while staying at the hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, making my day. The service was quick and the food was surprisingly delicious - juicy, fresh, and melting in my mouth. The interior of the restaurant also impressed me with its light and contemporary design. If you are staying at the Concord hotel, I highly recommend having breakfast at this cafe. You are sure to have a pleasant time and enjoy good food.

The minestrone Soup was undercooked, the vegetables were still raw. We were waiting for our meal around 35 minutes. Once we have asked to relocate us from the windy area, they have replied they don't have any spaces (although they had plenty of empty tables around), then we have realised this place is a mess and we don't like the service at all, only one of the waitresses has apologised and we had received our meals the same minute??‍??‍

Had the eggs Benny. It was ok, one slice of bacon on each. The sauce was probably from a package. Egg McMuffin not toasted. Potato squares where really good.
