Bistro au Port de la Goulette​

This small Moroccan restaurant is excellent. The lamb tagine is the best I have ever had. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

The appetizers at this restaurant are all fake food made of plastic. The Tanjin dishes are actually just cooked in the microwave. When I inquired about whether the dishes were cooked in Tangenin, the waiter informed me that they were not and that it would take four hours to cook them in Tangenin. The dessert was also disappointing, as it appeared to be 2-3 days old and made from supermarket products. Save yourself the time and money and avoid this place.

I only tried the chicken breast tagine and regretted having not had a big enough appetite to try everything else. The flavour were so many and so surprising in each mouthful. The chicken was soft and beautifully cooked! I cane across fig, plum, sultanas, peppers...and pickles onions. The best tagine I have ever had.

Excellent service and food. We sat on the patio during a warm evening and it was beautiful for dinner and cocktails.

Incredible flavour in the tajine. Outstanding service from the charming and funny owner. Made my family of 5 feel very welcome.
