Pescheria-friggitora

We spent ages trying to find this after a day on the beach. Thought it would be a perfect jump in on the way home, as we were based close to Capitana, but the address is actually wrong it is Via Fillipo Turati and is inland (other side of the salt lake the flamingos migrate to in Autumn) ...And is closed on Sunday. Unable to review at present.

This is a very small, casual neighborhood seafood restaurant recommended to me by a neighborhood resident. We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant as the friend who recommended it ate here often. Pescheria Friggitoria has two small sections, one where the owner prepares the food and take out customers pickup their orders, the other section consists of five or six indoor tables. We enjoyed a variety of locally caught fish and calamari, bread, and wine. The house wine here is stored in two large vats and I observed customers bring in their own containers and fill with them with wine. The owner's father sat with us and advised the prior night he caught the fish we were enjoying. I like this little place as it is family owned and operated, it is casual, and the service was personal and timely.
