Last night I had some panuozzi and two chickens in this place, it was the first time. Both excellent, the bread used is certainly of high quality because it is light and has an excellent balance between softness and crunchiness. In Gragnano it is difficult to find such skill. The chicken deserves a separate mention. Many times I've had the chance to eat rotisserie chicken, I've always found it stringy and hard, but at Francesco's the breast, the one that represents the test of 9, soft, moist and delicious.
