I made a bad figure of my Sicilian friends who knew in Naples that mozzarella are produced. Also I was given two ricottines or aciciottine acide and rancide to risk the botulino. That I tasted too. Back to protest I was treated by cheating and taking advantage. Maleducation and little graft for customers.
One of the most known and renowned dairies in Campania, the last mozzarella I ate two days ago, took away my doubts... It's the best mozzarella I've ever tasted. This dairy north of Naples was really a great discovery. The buffalo mozzarella that make in place is probably the best of the entire area. The classic buffalo mozzarella, whose taste and goodness are hardly found among the many competitors, remains a flagship of the dairy, but also have a wide choice of cheese products such as ricotta, provola and caciocavallo, and have an excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses. There is also room to consume it still hot on site and have a bathroom and free Wi-Fi for customers. My compliments!
