Dinky Di Pies & Pastries - Pyrmont

I read somewhere Australian consume about 300 million cakes a year. dinky di offers a response to harry wheels of stacked cakes. the add-on that I decided for an extra $2 on my chunky steak pipe, includes kartoffelmaic, puppy and a puppy pig. while I enjoy a crunchy double-crusted, I can come across the already fragile cake base, because it somehow works! from the delicate pieces of steak filling to the tantilizing dressing of the stack, with respect to taste and value for money supplies that!

Come for the cakes pastries. But go elsewhere for the coffee. Seriously there are so many great cafes around there is no need to drink bad coffee. Slow if you don't just pick food from the display, but the cakes and pastries really ARE great.

Had a minced beef pie and a cinnamon apple pastry - both were delicious! Seating was very limited though, and the plastic spork provided was immediately defeated by the crust of the meat pie. But we scrunched in, ate our pies by hand, and had a lovely breakfast overall.

We had a quick and tasty lunch before a show. The service was fast and included many varieties. Good for a quick pre-lunch/dinner meal.
