In the upper market, there is a place called Nugobest, which is in Russian. They have equipment from Korea, and it's a great spot for healing and socializing in a positive atmosphere with friendly staff. You are allowed to restore your health for free, and there’s also the option to purchase equipment, although that is completely optional.

Do you believe in deliciousness and eternity? This place is both tasty and wonderful. I highly recommend it.
