I have been going to this TacoBell/KFC regularly for a couple years now. It has always been mine and my wife’s favorite Taco Bell. Great customer service and food quality. Food is usually prepared well and properly heated. The last few visits we have had lately have been less than pleasant. The newer female that took our order keeps laughing when we come through the drive through, almost like she is preoccupied with other people while she takes our order. Each time we have had her take our order it has been wrong or missing items. I really do love this location and I have always had great customer service and food quality, but lately the newer employees at this location have been bringing it down…

Customer service was not great! She didn’t seem to like her job. I felt as if I was taking up her time when I needed to look at the menu for a minute. Today and another day the food has been terrible. Crunchy taco was not heated up. Tastes hard and Stale! Crunch wrap tortilla was very hard and not heated up throughout. I’m very disappointed with this Taco Bell in this area. It needs improvements! Do better!

“Could I please get 2 bean and cheese burritos without the beans and with chicken instead please.” It’s a very simple order that I never get served incorrectly at any other Taco Bell. I can’t ever seem to get this order correct at this restaurant though. You always seem to be able to server cold nacho fries though so kudos to that.

I’m infuriated they got my order wrong and closed the window. The other Taco Bell’s I’ve been to never gave me a problem but this one did. I asked for a box meal with the churro things, but instead I got different tacos that I did not order and they only had one thing right which was the steak bowl other then that everything was wrong! Keep in mind we were the only ones in the drive thru!
