Bidrage med feedback1 21 22 from there after I had picked up my son on the way home. in approx. 15 seconds behind a gentleman at 20:22 clock. when I opened the door, I began to ask if they were still open because it says online that they close at 21 o'clock. the other customer tells me that the young lady is closed for the night as she serves him. I asked: “This is how you close almost 40 minutes early?” not to mention serving the gentleman who went before me in 15 seconds. but it was unpleasant. I understand that their tasks before the closing they can do, I have worked in the subway as one of my first jobs and worked in some restaurants. but to turn people away so early while you serve another customer is a little much not think they? not try to get someone in any difficult ways, but I just think that the coworkers are the meaning open to make money for the business is number one if not top 3 important reasons they are their first place. will not return definitiw, bad customer service.
There is literally no point to ordering online for pickup for the simple fact they will not even look at your order. Both sandwiches that I ordered were completely wrong could even get the bread right. None of the extras I asked for were included and the things I didn’t want such as tomatoes and cucumbers were added
I have been a subway customer for over 25 years. in my last visit i was informed that there is no longer cheddar cheese or roast beef, what kind of sandwich shop doesnt serve these main ingredients. i will no longer go to subway. i will go to jersey mikes.
Excellent place to go and order your sandwich your way, and thank the girl (i forget her name sorry?? who is always there with a smile serving you with joy
For how much a foot long sub is they don't give very much meat or other items on sandwich. Kind of stingy
