Bidrage med feedbackI waited almost 30 minutes to be sat today while taking my 3, 2, and 10 month out to lunch today. After being passed by a female that ended up being my waitress multiple times. Before even opening my kids menus within 1 minute of sitting she asked if she could take our order. When I told her we just sat, she didn't come back for a good 15 minutes. After getting in our orders finally the other waitress had saw my kids getting irritated and got them fries to munch on while waiting. She also ended up bringing out our food. After our waitress asked if I needed anything. I asked for sauce for my bunless burger. She then went to her party of 15 so I never got it. We all were sitting for a while with no refills of anything. I ended up asking the manager for boxes so we could go and she was super helpful as well. Sydney wasn't helpful as our waitress and did minimal work. I am in the industry so I know how it goes as well as worked at red robins prior. To me this was unacceptable and I will personally never get her as a server again. She was asked if she would take us and if she couldn't then she shouldn't. Thankful for the rest of the staff.
My granddaughter ordered a sundae, the one off the kids menu... No sprinkles, no cherry and anyone with a 3 year old KNOWS it must look like the picture!!! Very annoying, I could not find someone to help me fixed the sundae!!
Our server was fast and friendly the food was not bad but not as great as years prior the wings are really good just all around good burger joint!
If you order on websight, restaurant claims they cannot see order until time it is to be picked up. Ordered online for pick up but arrived early, was treated like I was making it up. Told must be other Red Robin. That they didn't have order in system. Finally told manager said because I ordered thru website, they can't make it early or even see order. Not doing pick up again
Not going back. Waited 20 minutes at 5:00 which isn't bad but it's annoying to see a third to half of tables aren't being used. Means the restaurant would rather save money on labor than give quicker service. Same amount of tables being used still when we left at almost 7:00. Took too long for server to make initial contact with us. Food wait wasn't too bad but they brought the appetizers at the same time as entrees. They aren't really appetizers then. We tried to use a gift card with multiple restaurant options. They said it wouldn't work and had to have restaurant choice selected. There are no directions on the card saying this needs to be done and it hasn't been a requirement before with other similar gift cards. Also not sure, but I think the tip may have been automatically put on bill. Make sure to pay special attention to the bill.
