Mcdonald's - Puyallup

Average McDonald's menu. Service is beyond slow, and staff is not very friendly or personable. This location always seems to be out of something. This time, they were out of ice cream. Therefore, no shamrock shake.

Surprisingly, the ice cream machine is out of order.

Wife is pregnant… No Oreo McFlurry… I’m sure everyone can relate… 2 times… no ice cream. Now unfortunately I have to sleep in the spare room, all because I couldn’t provide and Oreo McFlurry. Thanks Ronald

I went through the drive-thru in the late morning. Ordering was quick and easy with a clear speaker. The food was hot and delicious.

There was a spill on the floor that went uncleaned for hours, yet my presence seemed to be more of an issue. As I was leaving, I noticed two individuals entering the kitchen shortly after, which seemed suspicious given the supposed lack of staff. The overall experience was marred by untruthful staff and rising food prices. Another issue I had with this location was during an online interview in Fall 2022, where I waited over an hour in an empty chat room before speaking with the manager the next day, who claimed he was not scheduled to work that day. There was a lack of communication regarding the change in schedule, leaving a negative impression on potential employees.
