Bidrage med feedbackService was so slow. The same person took the order prepare the food. Waited almost 30 minutes just to order the foods. 2 staffs doing nothing, just pack for grab/foodpanda but at that time, only 1 order for grab/foodpanda. Selfish. Not helping other staff at all.
Need to add more staff during peak time. Current going rate is slow.
Counter was so slow despite not peak hours. Ordered loaded potato bowl and the portion was merely half the bowl. Only got 4 pieces of chicken. Couldnt believe I waited almost 30 mins for this bowl.
Only one counter at peak hour. Production at kitchen was fast but counter terribly slow. Imbalance management of staff
I bought dinner plate only got 2 pcs of chickens only! And two potato!
