Mcdonald's - Putnam

It’s like not that hard. this job is literally meant for children. everything’s cold. no salt on the fries. i asked for honey mustard, got no sauce. so now the fries are inedible so ive wasted that money. ordered a caramel frappe with EXTRA caramel and there was ZERO caramel in the cup. that’s not even an order. like they don’t have a ‘frappe’ the lady said ‘heres your frappe’ THATS NOT EVEN A MENU ITEM. just wasted $30 of my dollars bc yall grown adults cant do the job the 16 year olds after school do better than you. this is ridiculous. this is why i only go here once every 6 months now bc every time yall mess it up. its not worth it anymore. it doesn’t even taste good anymore. also how did i wait for a solid 7 minutes at the window and all my food was cold. it wasn’t even made fresh. it’s 100% the food thats been sitting there for HOURS.

The review focuses on the hiring process rather than the actual food of the restaurant. The reviewer was scheduled for orientation two weeks ago, but it was canceled. They are still waiting for a call back despite calling multiple times, and now when they call, it goes straight to voicemail.

Ordered breakfast and food was fresh and biscuit was best I've ever had at mcds. Everyone was friendly and fast.
