La Pizzeria Obia - Purley

I booked a table at Obia through Opentable for last Sunday even got a reminder the day before. Got to the restaurant to find it was closed no explanation or a phone call to let me know they had a problem. To say I was angry would be an understatement especially as this was meant to be a birthday celebration and my friends had traveled down from far. This experience has put me off going to this restaurant as the customer service is appalling.

We were celebrating our anniversary and my reservation was confirmed, but when we arrived, the restaurant appeared to be closed. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

I'm a bit surprised to be asked for a review since my reservation was canceled due to the unfortunate closure of Obia. It's a real pity because it was a fantastic restaurant.

It would be helpful if the restaurant were actually open. How can we make a reservation at a place that isn’t operating?
