It's A Hotdog Day - Punta Gorda

Love those pocket parks. A small but decent beach. Actual rest rooms! And they are clean and well supplied. There are a few short board walks in the mangroves. A bird rescue place that has a small entrance fee and is worth it. Often a seller of such a kind around midday to mid afternoon. Even a bit of shadow for those of us who prefer not to be broiled par. Great sunsets.

Very nice park. Clean and user-friendly. Has rest rooms, playground, walking distance, beach and boat loading area. It's a good stop at the passage. The Wildlife Centre was ingenious to visit, with knowledgeable staff and a great mission. Super friendly people work there. The place is open daily.

An extremely pleasant outing for the whole family. The food in the old Spanish mill is incredible and the production of pancakes is a highlight. Although they cook them for you, it seems that they taste even better when you put into work!!

Beautiful historical park and sunny beach. You can't really get into the water because the sandy beach is behind a sea wall. Simple boardwalk through a bit of mangroves and a place to fish and watch boats big and small with the start and channels.

Very Pretty Unique Park definitely a must see In the Punta Gorda area.
