Starbucks - Pullman

Starbucks on Stadium Way always gets orders done fast! Can count on this place for a morning coffee and breakfast. Frappuccino’s are great and the Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich is amazing.

I always order the same drink from many Starbucks all over Washington State. Today was the first time someone refused to make my drink the way I asked. I was absolutely in shock that the manager would not add more oatmilk to the top, in which I even offered to pay for!! Terrible management and should be reviewed by the corporation. I asked for no room at the top and this is what I get and some excuse as to why she cannot fill to the top because it's an iced drink? I'm not asking for more coffee, I was asking for oatmilk to the top which I even offered to pay! Not sure why I cannot post a picture but literally a quarter of my drink is missing.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in Pullman. They often mess up orders and drinks recipes are not consistent. I had an employee that seemed upset with me for ordering a cup on the app. As this is a college town, this issue may resolve itself as it's employees graduate.

The only service they provide is through the drive thru. Dint waste your time ordering online or ahead of time; since you'll end up waiting, might aswell wait for it to be fresh

I ordered a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and it’s just egg and bread.. there was literally no bacon.
