No drive management expected for more than 40 minutes a menu

Forget a hamburger in the order. no respect for the customers.

I like it. the staff is helpful and smiling

50 minutes waiting to be served, of which 40 minutes out to 2 degrees in winter! scandalous!!! we start to ask ourselves to queue outside like others? . there were 30 to 40 people down, either. then we are told that we have to queue at the entrance at the end of 20 minutes!!! result 10 people get into our nose and the pseudo manager lets them do despite our remarks, to us and to other people queued. And then we have to wait outside in the cold, that the bottom is empty entirely? To finally have the right to return....to 34 people !!!! from the big anything !!!! and finally to finish, our order has been given us cold, since the number called was not the right. scandalous!

A beautiful room upstairs, the burgers are very good but 2,50€ a small bottle of water is a little exaggerated! Then come with your bottle of water or something.
