Chowking - Puerto Princesa

If you're familiar with Chow King, you know just how busy and popular it can be. That said, I must commend the staff at this location. Despite the high demand from customers, the lines move swiftly, the team is consistently friendly, the food is served promptly, and the restaurant is always clean and well-organized.

This is a typical fast-food chain offering Chinese-inspired cuisine. The prices are reasonable, and the food is decent.

The food was very delicious, but the portions were a bit small and the service was somewhat slow.

Great location for this branch! Since Robinson's Palawan is an eco mall, dining here offers a wonderful view. You can enjoy a tropical atmosphere right in the heart of the mall!

They’ll mix up your order and wouldn’t even bother to make for it. Staff are too frazzled and even forgets to punch some items you’ve order (which you’ll then have to wait for quite some time to get served). I don’t even think there’s someone managing or leading the team here. Perhaps they more training? Maybe just bring patience and don’t expect too much from this branch.
