If you expect VIP service, this is not the place to go! They are strict on their time, and if they are about the book, what they definitely three different employees told us so that you have nowhere to sit, you will not see the sea lions show, you will not see the dolphin show. And you have to literally place your things wherever you can when they send you to the beach because it is so crowded, there is no single seat. The Delphin part was absolutely amazing and I would never have paid for the additional thinking that we have something VIP wise. The men who made the dolphin part were so personal and they were so much fun. Our leader was miserable and rude. When I threatened to complain to Norwegian, they thought they could come forward and call us and say that we were those who were more belligerent and we said we didn't want to see the dolphin show we wanted to eat instead. The only time we asked to eat is if we couldn't see the sea lions show. Lies. I lost my husband a few weeks ago. Belligerent is not even possible at this point. I was with my granddaughter and we were all so nice at a big group, but we all complained. Each one of us felt the same. When they were questioned, they had lies. This is not the kind of place I would ever go back to, just because they only owned it to be their fault. So while we were not able to see the sea lion show, it was so crowded, we asked if we could eat, and they did not tell us when I told them that we suddenly complained Norwegian, we could eat lunch and then suddenly we were able to see the sea lion show later, if we all agreed to stay later, we all agreed to it, but we all agreed to it because we had to see the sea lion show later. The description is very misleading. It makes you seem like you have VIP treatment, and you will be able to see all the shows and do all these things, and this is simply not the truth and so to go into them we had expectations that our entire group did. None of us would have been so upset if it were to explain to us in the beginning.

I love this place to share with exotic animals, it's sensational.

Tents for the coast trip from the cruise that includes the day pass and lunch. Overall, the dolphins, sea lions and bird shows observe quite good experience. Hai show is not good, it is especially for people who encounter with shark package. With the buffet you have no high expectations. Bring swimsuit, there is a pool and beach inside.

Fun time with enough variety in the park to stay occupied most of the day. Recommend the Delphin and Lovebird interactions.

Best excursion near Peurto plata. Great interactive shows with the animals, great food, and a nice beach and water attractions. 100% worth it.
