Friendly Dolphin - Puerto Peñasco

We were tired and decided to try the next place we saw was open. we were glad we landed here. eating was really good. we had garnel kokosnuss and divided a bark meat fajita and both teller were excellent in each...Because the animal was cold the salsa and chips went so well with him all so that it clicked for us. service was excellent for us, eating was fast and beer came quickly in beautiful frosty sauces too. and the decor was really cool at this place. someone really took a lot of time to find the most interesting things hanging on the walls and beams all over the place. we have appreciated the effort!

Friendly people with reliable good Mexican food. her small terrace is a hidden shade with beautiful view and fresh air. interesting place with a very authentic Mexican atmosphere. good choice!

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but when we recently went back there, things have changed. Many of the prices went up from last year, and the food was very normal . The food used to be great, and we used to love...it there, but we will not go back. Such a shame! Also, it was weird that we were the ONLY customers in this restaurant at lunch. Being the only people there, we thought we would have great service, but this was also lacking; we had to go find our server to get our bill paid.

Loved this place on our recent trip to Rocky Point. The food, ambiance, server, owner, drinks.....everything was marvelous! We couldn't have asked for a better first night dinner in the Rocky Point area. If you've never been here....make it happen! You will not be disappointed....The building itself is so eclectic and free spirited...you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Our waiter Benjamin was adorable...such a young man, who is bright and brilliant. The owner kept coming over periodically to see how everyone was doing and making sure we were having a great time. Cheers to the workers in the kitchen...our meals were fantastic! Thank you for a great evening! We will be back!

The view decor is great. The food we had on first visit was also very good. The cook, Fernando, at the B B we stay at recommended this place and he was right. The only issue we saw was access. You have to walk up...a flight of stairs to get into the restaurant. There is a handicap parking right at the bottom, but for some, it would really be a challenge. Over all, we highly recommend the Friendly Dolphin.
