Gloria and Baltazar make the best Coconut Shrimp especially if you can get it with their Tamarind Sauce on the side! She also makes the best Guac I have ever had. I'm glad to see this hidden gem appearing on TripAdvisor, it's been one of our favorite places on Isla for years. Make the trip out to La Gloria to experience real Mexican food and hospitality!

Buena comida, porciones generosas, precios buenos. Es un negocio familiar y el dueño, Baltizar, es muy amigable. Puedes traer tu propio vino y te lo servirán.

My boys ordered the beef taco and then ordered a second round, so good. I was just getting over the Mexican flu but ordered the bean and rice and could have eaten that for the rest of the vacation. Nice workers/owner, great cheap cheap cheap food.
