We have eaten at El Campanario’s probably 40 times in the last eight years. We are not usually steak eaters, but the consistent top quality food at this restaurant brings us back every time we visit Puerto Morelos. The best 40 steak dinners I have ever eaten have been here. The absolute consistency of the food and the top quality is supreme. The staff have become almost like family, always welcoming and always attentive. Puerto Morelos is a town with many, many top quality restaurants, not chains, but locally run. El Campanario is the best of the best.
