Mammaterra - Puerto Montt

Wonderful (almost 100% vegan place on the 3rd floor of the shopping center. They have a variety of bungalows (beetroot, pumpkin and oat flakes, burgers (quinoa, since and falafel and types of extras (Gucamole, vegan cheese... . Wonderful juices, the frits are less good. Delicious and healthy. Something overpriced for fast food. The service was amazing.

Fast food place in the gallery, on the top(? Floor. Many different hamburgers and salladers. You choose your bread and sauces. Everything is vegan, except for two sauces that contain milk. The staff was friendly and was very friendly.

I visited twice in December 2018: once for a burger and once for a salad. There is plenty of choice: different types of bread, different types of protein, different sauces and many different fresh vegetables. Plus potato wedges, fruit juices and coffee. The portion sizes are generous so you don't remain hungry. Most options are vegan, so that is not a challenge. And the staff is helpful even if (as I) you don't speak much Spanish. So it is a delicious, healthy, vegetarian oasis: the best place I found in Puerto Montt.

It made me happy to find a vegan fast food restaurant in Chile. Very well cooked, good service and clean food. I'm sure I'll find the other place when I go to Santiago.
