Casa de Empanadas - Puerto Iguazú

Probably the best empanadas I've ever had. Everybody was kind. Just a pretty little place. Everything was clean and delicious. Loved the old style coke refrigerators.

Omg best empanadas in Iguazu! The family who own the place are so beautiful and friendly and also speak English! We tried everything and my favorite hands were chili and beef “ Saltañas”.

We arrived just before 7pm and were told next fresh batch will be around 7.30. Ordered almost one (or more) of everything, (besides the beef one) everything was incredible!! Wanted to get lunch there the next day but they said they don't open till 5pm. Might need to update opening times, but my experience in south america is no one has correct open times to what you see online so I'm giving 5 stars.

We ate here every day we were in Puerto Iguazu, the empanadas are deeelish and the family who runs the place is lovely too. They have WiFi and ice cold beer, prices are very reasonable. 10/10.

Walking in, I was not sure what all to expect. The place is small, and has a fast food feel to it. And at the order counter were trays of empanadas. I was concerned that they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time, but boy was I wrong. I tried 4 different empanadas, and each was as great as the one before. All were fresh, moist and incredibly flavorful. The cost was minimal, and while I dined in, they did a good take out business while I was there. Friends of mine went to higher end places in town, but no one had a better meal than I did. Love this place!
