Adams Ribs - Pueblo

Awesome mom and pops business, best ribs in town! Fantastic service every time and a fun atmosphere, cool stuff on the walls coupled with oldies! A must visit while visiting Pueblo, beats anything downtown BY FAR!Food: 5/5

My first time there for take out. Not impressed and won't be back. The ribs were kind of tough, the sauce was like all other bbq sauces. Very small servings. Like 2 tablespoons of Mac and cheese. I placed an order for 2 specials, one was for my neighbor. What really got me was that each plate came with cobbler and when I got home there was just one styrofoam cup with cobbler. When I called Adams Ribs, I was transferred to someone else who said they did not forget the other cobbler, but put the cobbler for 2 in the one cup. I'm all for saving the environment, but having to split the cobbler was kinda awkward, so I just let my elderly neighbor have it.

I would like to thank Adam's ribs for preparing us some excellent food for my nephews graduation. I would recommend there food anytime for any occasion. The food was REALLY good and will use yall again for the next occasion!!!

Heard your daily special came in a couple weeks ago and then came back again to a whole new remodel! The booths were comfy and the food was yummy!
