1129 Spirits Eatery - Pueblo

What a great find. This place is located on the river promenade. Dog-friendly. They had pupcups and brought a bowl of water for our dogs. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better.

Great Service. Fantastic food and drinks. Had Colorado Cobb salad with grilled chicken, loved the added chopped green chilies. Husband had a blue cheese burger with fries, both delicious, Son had wings and the fried pickles. Oh my goodness, never had fried pickles like, loved them. Then split a blueberry lavender waffle, wonderful way to end our dinner.

Came for Father's Day reservation. Blue cheese burger (had gluten free bun), chicken and waffles, grinders, shoppers, reg and sweet potato fries. Good drinks. Nice atmosphere and women working were fun and amazing. My 1st time here, no idea what took me so long to try it. Will be going back

Jennifer Priest is the owner of 1129, 4 of Harts and Elevation lounge. 1129 was named in loving memory of her son; his birthday. Do yourself a favor and visit this wonderful family restaurant in Pueblo on the Riverwalk. The service is unmatched. The owner truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we've had! Highly recommend! From one Business owner to another cheers to treating every customer that comes thru your door like family.

I would have given it 5 stars but the service was not the greatest. Being on the river walk Saturday I figured the servers would try. The drinks were made amazingly some of the best I've had. The garnish with flowers brought them next level. I ordered the fries with green chili topping stuff absolutely delicious and surprisingly unexpected. The food and drinks were spectacular they need to step up their service
