La Casona - Puebla de Sanabria

Returning from one of my trips from Madrid, by car. had been recommended by a very good road restaurant. but not any road restaurant, if not the best road restaurant on the Vigo-Madrid route. And that's what I found. in the small village of sanitary village going out to madrid (A-52) is a great hotel called j. enrymari. If you go at night, it is fully illuminated and under the hotel the case of healing a restaurant with many specialties, especially hunting. I ate wild boar with home hatch (exquisite,) but in the letter (super wide) you could find a part of the famous kobe meat. so if you go to Madrid or in its default to live and go through the healing stop at this restaurant because you are really surprised how good it is. they have a menu of the day and a letter, and the most important thing is the deal with the client.

We stopped at this restaurant on the way. a pleasant surprise to find a cozy place, with attentive staff and an original, varied and tempting letter. We asked for a buletus, which was very good. and the waitress' suggestion, the ox burger, which was delicious. I'm sure we'll repeat on other occasions.
