Nando's (ioi Mall Puchong)

I had no complaints about the food or service at this restaurant. It was my first time dining out since the start of the pandemic. There were a few drinks that were not available, but all of the main courses were on the menu. I hope that the garlic pita bread will be softer next time.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I was disappointed to see that my favorite chunk Liver and Portuguese Roll combo was not on the menu. However, I understand that menu changes, including adding and removing items, can bring variety. The servers were polite and attentive. On my next visit, I was happy to see that the Portuguese Roll combo was back on the menu. I must have missed it last time. Nice!

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. To fully enjoy the benefits of visiting, you must download the app. During my three visits, I only received a quarter of chicken as a reward. I suggest trying the vegetarian menu options. The service is also quite good.

Slow servicing... wait 45 minutes. Tested 17June 2017, still the same, I think it is that I am too soft and least demanding. Break the record of 45mins and still clocks. Several visits in June and July 2022, great improvements. I'm starting to like it. That's it.

Food served in within 15mins. Overall nice dining experience. Remember to pay first before eat. Order using scan code. I think, pay at cashier can be done after meal not before. If really need me to pay before meal, please do request politely such as Hi, would you mind to pay first? Means if you mind, can pay later. Don't just ask, can pay now?
