Bidrage med feedbackVery nice MiXian noodles house. Searched for a good one and finally found at Bandar Puteri, Puchong. The fried fish skin is super good. The soup is very delicious. Also you have a bottle of Chinese cooking wine on every table to add the soup. Very good service. Price is average. Can be difficult to get a parking lot. eWallet payment is accepted. The fish paste is only setback. Found fish bones in the fish paste for my little children. It's very dangerous. Apart from that, it's good.
This may be the delicate fish head noodle in Selangor. I like mine with roasted bonita. Watch the bones. The key to their big broth is the use of salted veg 'kiam chai ' with a generous help from Chinese sweet cooking wine. You even have a bottle of it at the table to add to the broth. Compared to their other branches in Cheras or Tmn Danau Desa, this is the premium and pricier version. Be regular and not complain, get what you pay.
I ordered their fried fish paste noodle. Taste good. The soup is flavorful to my liking.
Tried the fried bonito soup and found that it is not bad.The restaurant is quite clean and the service is good
I ordered the fresh africa fish noodle and it is not enough fish taste. It taste very bland, both the soup and the fish. Still far beyond those fish head noodle in Sabah. But the boss told me that west malaysian dont really like the smell of fresh fish so they made it like this. But i am still impressed that the boss take feedback from me and say will improve their fresh fish noodle. I also called a fish cake which i thought it would taste like fu pi. It is just pure fish cake nothing special.
