Sportbar Pod Zámkem - Pruhonice

Today it was full and only 2 waiters.First, they said they didn’t have any free tables, though two could be easily moved away from the others. They’ve explained it by the fact, that later they were having a reservation for longer table. But we’ve spent there an hour and a half, and that reservation hasn’t appeared on the horizon.Then we’ve found the menu ourselves and have waited for 20 minutes for smb to take the order. Nobody has come up. So, I went to the bar to catch one of waitresses to give the order.Soups were good. But unfortunately, they didn’t have any draught beer from the menu, only bottled.During all the interactions the waiters were anxious and rude. I understand that they had many visitors, but don’t really get, why it is a surprise on Sunday in May. Wanted to have coffee more, but decided not to ask them for anything more.Unpleasant feeling that you’re disturbing the staff of the restaurant.

We chose the restaurant as the place for our wedding both the ceremony, which was outside in the garden, as well as the banquet and entertainment until the night took place here. Everything went perfectly we especially appreciated the beautiful environment inside and outside, the precise and professional approach of Mrs. Weedon (the restaurant manager, who went out of her way to accommodate us in everything and prepared everything flawlessly , the kind service and the great kitchen under the baton of Mr. Pýcha. Our guests were also satisfied. I would also appreciate a fair approach when, despite an unexpectedly significant general price increase, the conditions we agreed on at the beginning of the year remained valid. Thank you! :

I have to say that Restaurant Pod Zámkem is absolutely great. We had a wedding here, and all communication with the manager was quick, easy, and basically everything went well for us. The service was very nice, the premises are beautiful and of course the food was excellent. Everyone was very pleased! Service: Dine in
