Simply Cheesecake - Provo

We came and ordered just a slice of cheesecake with the intent for it to be enjoyed right when we got home. Unfortunately, it was frozen which was not ideal and then when parts were finally defrosted the texture was still not amazing. Not the experience we were hoping for.

The cookie dough cheesecake is the best! Went here for my birthday and got 3 different flavors. The second best is the cookies and cream one. The other flavor I got was red velvet and it was alright. Their cheesecake is more of a “whipped” texture but the flavor was great.Cute little shop inside. The gentleman working was very nice and helpful.

They were not open during their posted hours when we tried to come in and eat. We drove a good 30 minutes just to find it closed up early.

The cake here is awesome, but both times I’ve tried coming here in person they’ve been closed even when their store hours said they should be open. I ordered from them on door dash once though, and the cake was great.

The lemon raspberry flavor of our Simply Cheesecake was very good. Everyone enjoyed it. They ran out of raspberry drizzle though, which was disappointing. We still enjoyed it without any drizzle. The flavor really was that good. They instead gave us two other flavors, but there were no lids on the containers so they spilled everywhere which I wasn’t thrilled about. I’m not sure I’d order again as it’s a pricey dessert, but it was good.
