Little Caesars Pizza - Provo

The front is a bit small for too many customers but it stays clean and inviting, it is a college area store so not many hanging around. A lot of grab n go. They have always made very good pizzas, never slim on the fixins and very tasty.

This location put a ton of love in their Old World Fanceroni pepperoni pizza. This is our new favorite.

Whish I could give 0 stars. Management is absolutely horrible. There is no quality control so pizzas are always bad. I’ve had barely any sauce, raw, burnt, half the crust without toppings, etc. usually have to wait 30-40 min for pizza because they never have any, and if you order online, they will notify you that it's ready 30 min before it actually is and then yell at you for trying to pick it up.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza on the app and it told me it would be an hour until the pizza was ready. I understood that they were probably busy so I ordered and started waiting. About an hour later the app told me my order was ready and so I drove over to pick it up. The guy at the counter told me they were very busy and the order wasn’t actually ready (so why would the app tell me it was? . He told me it would be about another 15 minutes. I decided to wait inside the restaurant. About 10 minutes later the guy asked me if I had just ordered a pepperoni pizza. When I told him it was stuffed crust he told me they wouldn’t be able to make my pizza. He said he would get a refund ordered and I left empty handed. The fact that I waited the full time the app told me to wait plus more time in the restaurant just to be told they wouldn’t do my order is ridiculous. Whether it’s a problem on the app or a problem with this location it needs to be fixed.

When placing a mobile order, the app says the pizza is ready, but when I come in, it’s not ready happens every time.
