Little Caesars Pizza - Provo

I feel like Little Caesars, what you're paying for. The food met my family's expectations, but the service was amazing. I went in and was immediately served in the register. Brandon was very friendly to work. My two boys (2 5) were sad that I had forgotten the quarters to get balls (not a passport just sad to throw). Brandon said he could see that they had returned quickly with two quarters. I offered him to venmo, but he insisted. My boys were thrilled that Brandon acquired a customer. Thank you, Brandon.

Eat here several times about 60% of the time my order will somehow be forgotten and I end up sitting and waiting for the pizza for an hour. The point of coming to small stoppers is for hot and finished pizza. I'll take my business elsewhere. If it was a one-time thing I understood, but after I waited for 90 minutes for a single 7 dollar pizza. It's not worth my time.

The good is terrible! Also the cost of eating is quite a bit the cheapest pizza they have is like $7.99... It's not like it used to be. Now they are more expensive and their food is made coarse with less quality ingredients and taste. I wouldn't recommend going there I would just recommend going somewhere else like Domino's or Papa Murphy's is your pretty much pay the same price and it's 10 times better in Domino's or Pizza Hut.

Pizzas and service are consistently bad. Either there is no dough in the middle, or the dough is completely boiled. The service is also quite bad. I went in and there was no line. I asked for a pepperoni pizza, and the guy told me it was a 45-minute waiting after I had already paid for the pizza. Even when the pizza came out, it wasn't hot. With the prices of their pizzas ever higher, there is no point to go to Little Caesars when there is better pizza and better service for the same price at other pizza places.

This location needs to be shut down. They are incredibly slow at getting pizzas out. Even though the slogan is ?Hot N Ready?, I have never been able to get my pizza in under 20 minutes? even if I ordered online. On top of that? I went tonight at 9pm to see if I could pick up a pizza and the door was locked. There were two employees inside who acted like they didn?t see me? right there on the door it says they were open until 10pm and online it says they were open until 10pm. Even if they for whatever reason should have been closing early they could have acknowledged me being there. Horrible? Horrible? Horrible (I did go to the other location down the road who we?re still open? paid and had the pizza in my hand in 30 seconds)
