Demae Japanese - Provo

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the Katsu Donburi is one of the best dishes I've ever had!

My family and I have been visiting Demae for almost 30 years. The food is fresh and delicious, including everything from sushi and tempura to udon soups and tonkatsu! We highly recommend Demae!

I visited this restaurant nearly 20 years ago, and during a weekend back in Provo, we decided to give it another try. It was great then, and it’s still great now. We were not disappointed. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious—we’re curious why more people don’t visit this place. While the decor might be a bit dated, it was clean. We each ordered a Bento Box, along with some sushi and tempura. I’m so glad we chose Demae. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Overall a nice experience. Food is good quality. The restaurant is decently clean, but not perfect. It's very nice and quiet inside. Decent balance of price and quantity. Flavors are real and pleasant. It's been my daughter's favorite on many occasions.

The food here is very good. And value for money is outstanding.
