Bidrage med feedbackThe dip was somewhat unremarkable; I would have liked it to have a stronger flavor. It seemed to have more cheese on top than actual filling, which, while it made the dish look more substantial, resulted in the cheese hardening after just five minutes, making it difficult to dip the bread afterward. However, the garlic bread was excellent and was a generous portion for an appetizer. On to the pizzas—both were absolutely fantastic! They struck a wonderful balance of flavors with the sauce, toppings, and crust. The crust was perfectly cooked, infused with herbs, and had an airy yet sturdy texture that helped the pizza maintain its shape. The only suggestion would be to serve the pizzas on plates that minimize condensation, to keep the crust at its best. The staff were all very kind and friendly, and our service was prompt. Overall, we had a great experience and are looking forward to returning to try the pasta, salad, and soup bar!
I feel like Brick Ovens quality has really gone down hill. They lost our order so they had to remake it. Which took an additional 20-30 minutes and forgot to bring out our bread we ordered. I?m not sure if they?ve changed their dough recipe or what, but their pizza just isn?t appetizing anymore.
Polite, happy and helpful staff, food was amazingly good, haven't been in over 10+ years and yet it tastes as good as I remember it. The building is very clean and has a nice aroma to it, with a very professional Italian feeling, dining room was quiet compared to other restaurants. The salad bar is huge with so much to choose from. Root-beer is still homemade and tastes bubbly and satisfying. The pizza I had was a Meats-A-Pizza and had so much good flavour, that marinara sauce was the best I've had. Their breadsticks were awesome as well. I have so many good things to say, I plan on coming back again as soon as I can. Thank you Brick Oven team, have a good one.
We had 2 gluten free pizzas, they gave them 5/5. Crusts were pretty good for gluten free, square shaped. I also had a regular crust pizza, round. If you like sauce maybe ask for extra. It was pretty good collage area pizza. Salad bar looked pretty good. Plus, we got some free rootbeer!
This restaurant is the best place I’ve visited in years! Everything is incredible. The Pasta al Forno and the Calzone are out of this world. They offer an all-you-can-eat pasta, salsa, and soup bar where I got to try different types of noodles, all perfectly al dente. You can choose from at least five different sauces, five soups, and a variety of toppings for your salads. I also tried the Apple Beer and the Homemade Root Beer—both are fantastic and come with unlimited refills! I can't wait to return, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. My waiter, Jarret, provided outstanding service!
