Arby's - Provo

All I ordered was mozzarella sticks and they were frozen in the middle still so they must’ve pulled them out of the fryer earlier than needed/required. The audacity of it and giving people uncooked fast food is crazy.

Went there because we love Arby’s. We are doing a lot of driving and needed fast food so we could keep going. We ordered roast beef because they are easy to eat in the car right? Nope! Check out the pics. They cubed their roast beef which made it taste a little different but then 1 bite into the sandwich it was raining cubes of meat everywhereIt was a mess it didn’t taste as good and ai regret the stop. No warning.

The store has special rules for coupons. They will probably not redeem them or honor them.Very disappointed with my ordering experience.So I went to another Arby's who was very helpful and amenable.

This picture here is supposed to be the “double” beef and cheddar. It’s about 3 times smaller than advertised. Pathetic.

We won’t be coming here again. Our roast beef sandwiches were still cold in the middle. Two items were incorrect, as well.
