Hearth Lounge - Proviso Township

A bit disappointing. I only see one male bartender doing most of the work and a lot of the tables in the restaurant are not cleaned off. Manager said they were gonna be busy cleaning the tables and there are none available. We’ve been here for 45 minutes and we still see all the messy tables. While the servers are ….. ? Who knows . It’s not even that busy but they come and go. Shout out to the male bartender.

Luis is absolutely amazing! The drinks, the service, the atmosphere, it's all perfect! And when they close they have the fire pit inside that you can sit at literally all night if you want to finish your conversations. 11/10...I not only would recommend, I have returned numerous times myself.

Go spend some time the hearth lounge with Luis. Great whiskey/bourbon selection, cocktails and beers on tap. Luis is the man, always on his game whether the place is packed or 1 on 1. Good place to catch a game as they have multiple TVs, also plenty of space to take a business call or dinner. I stay quite frequently at the Hyatt Lodge and find myself eating/staying on site even with the surrounding local options. Food is on point, try the steak sandwich or the burger. Bonus, dog friendly dock below the lounge with plenty of chairs and tables if you happen to travel with your dog stay during the Chicago dog days of summer.
