Bugaloo's Conch Crawl - Providenciales

The conch salad is a tad pricey at $25, but it’s absolutely delicious! The grilled lobster is fairly priced. The location is beautiful, featuring plenty of outdoor seating with great views. The service is friendly, though not always very attentive—you can always approach them if you need something.

The service was hit or miss. We arrived a bit later than intended, and almost immediately after we sat down, before my brother-in-law and his oldest son had even returned from the restroom, a server came to take our order. It felt a bit rushed, especially since we hadn't had a chance to peruse the menus yet. We ordered water and asked for a moment to decide, but then the server disappeared for nearly 15 to 20 minutes, leaving our group with three hungry young kids. It seemed like she could have been more attentive, especially since she clearly liked the children. Despite some delays, the food was delicious and definitely worth the price. We tried various dishes, although I can't remember them all. My cracked conch was a bit rubbery, while my fiancée's coconut cracked conch tasted much fresher, possibly indicating mine had been reheated or caught a few days prior. Overall, I would still highly recommend Bugaloos if you find yourself in Turks and Caicos—it's definitely among our favorite meals from the trip.

Bugaloo's is a must-do when in TCI. Great food, great rum punch, great live band--all right on the beach!! Service was good and you will definitely have a great time!! Worth the trip to that side of the island!

Had a late lunch here during our vacation and it was a chill no fuss kinda spot! Food was great and people were nice. Both had the fish and different sides. It is across the ritz and next to an ice cream parlor.

Grill fish was fresh and fish finger melt in your mouth. My daughter ordered shrimp Tempura roll and it was huge and she finished the whole thing. The only reason for 4 stars is my buffalo cracked conch was pretty bad. It is fried conch and they just put buffalo chicken wing sauce on it and it was really weird. also cracked conch was cold and dry. Surprisingly bad considering the name of the place is conch.
