Vinya Test Kitchen - Providence

This was a truly gourmet experience. I'm not vegan, nor do I follow a raw diet, but dining at the bar and chatting with Sam, the chef, turned out to be a delightful education. She served us dishes that were incredibly satisfying to the palate. Our waitress, Rachel, also contributed to the enjoyable atmosphere. The BYOB policy adds to the simplicity and relaxation of the place. Initially, we were a bit hesitant upon discovering there was no cooking or meat, but now we can’t wait to return and try more!

This restaurant completely surpassed my expectations. I've never eaten at a small plates establishment before and assumed I would leave feeling hungry. I was completely wrong! Every dish I shared with my two friends was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, well-cooked, and wonderfully balanced. I highly recommend this place for any night of the week! It’s BYOB and conveniently located next to a fantastic liquor store, Eno. Definitely give it a try!

By far one of the best meals ever. Dishes perfectly executed flavor was spot on. Beautiful presentation too. Owners are super friendly. A must go!!!

You can taste the goodness, the freshness and the passion in every dish... All of the dishes Chef Sam creates is an artful display which look too pretty to eat!
