Was surprised was out of a large selection of bagels. Only 1 plain bagel left, and several cinnamon raison, not my favorite. Was there in the in the morning at 10:30AM. Not very clean. The service was lacking experience but helpful.

I order panera on the line and my food is made and delivered by this place. the food quality is bad, my order is never correct, the ingredients that suspect to be on my salads are never all there, and if they order extra huh they do not get it (but they pay for it). they can't call because they don't answer the phone between hours 11 and 2. I don't think they know how to make food on the menu. I like panera and especially the cranston location in garden city. up there. not so much. they pay too much money to not get what they pay.

Writing the review because is not the first time that happens I ordered a coffee they send me 1/2 of almond milk only no coffee, I called waiters on the line nobody el answer then the line was picked up and hung up I spoke with someone offer me a 10 credit which doesn’t fix my problem im stuck at home with covid one the person making the coffee needs to pay more attention and the driver from door dash also needs to verify the orders before leaving the store.

I work in the mall and use their Rapid Pick-up all the time. Not once have they messed up my order the many times I’ve ordered from there. The staff is also super friendly and if they miss something with someone’s order, they’re quick to try to solve the problem. And the food always tastes great as well!
