El Eden Express - Providence

Hands down best pastelitos! They have chicken, ham cheese, and beef. The best part is that there only $1. They do have good Spanish food but I usually just come here to grab a couple of those pastelitos and a passion fruit juice and both are BOMB!

I'll probably not go there anymore and the ladies are rude all 3 that was work started with the girl with the light eyes I went in there one night trying to get a quick plate they tried to overcharge me for old mushy plantains When they were closing Rudely putting away the food in front of my face when I'm trying to choose I'd rather not

Awesome pernil, chicken, plantains, beans, they got it all for cheap! Friendly staff, too. I'd eat here everyday if I could.

Food was nasty and the tables were dirty with the last person's mess still there.

I always love what I get here. I do get nervous because I don't speak Spanish and I don't want anyone to have a hard time because of a language barrier I bring in. The food is delicious, the little empanadas are my fav they're tasty and cheap and I just ate three and am trying to save the fourth for later which was originally my plan, to eat two now and two later but it seems I have no self control. I also got a $9 plate of yellow rice and chicken wings. I've gotten both before and although I could branch out, and should the wings are delicious and juicy inside and I never make wings myself so it makes sense to default back to something I know I will love. The staff is friendly. The portions are excellent. I need to try a dessert next time.
