Domino's Pizza - Providence

28 bucks for 2 medium pizza? What a joke. definitely not worth that. overpriced!!keep jacking up the cost charge too much for delivery love to see where you are in a year or two

They delivered my order to the wrong person. Said they would be back with my order. Took them 50 minutes to come back, and the order was wrong, so the driver said they would remake it and deliver it to me, but another 50 minutes passed by and nothing. Notthe first time I've had issues her.

When I called to explain the situation, they claimed that the order was delivered 40 minutes earlier than it actually was, and they insisted that I hadn’t scheduled in advance. They also said the driver reported that the food was hot upon delivery and suggested that it arrived within the normal timeframe. I assured them I wasn't trying to blame anyone, but I have timestamps for when the order was placed, cooked, on its way, and when the driver called me. All I wanted was a replacement meal, but they hung up on me, leaving me uncertain about any resolution. They could easily check my order history or the timestamps for today’s delivery. I had never encountered issues before and typically order quite often, so I’m disappointed by how they treated a loyal customer and accused me of lying. I would rate them lower than three stars, but I want to acknowledge that previous delivery drivers have always been kind and courteous, and I hope they’re doing well.

The pizza was soggy and had water on it, plus it seemed like they just haphazardly tossed the olives on. They weren’t even on half of the pizza as I had requested. There was also an unexpected onion in my pizza, and the olives hadn’t been cooked with it. To top it off, they put my pizza back in the oven and took an additional 10 minutes to complete my order.

The bread bites were completely lacking in flavor—just grease and butter. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, despite the location being quite close to our house.
