Chili's Grill Bar - Providence

I have already come to this place to today I received the best service at chili from erik m. Apart from him walking around in the kitchen and at the train station, he had it under control. he was fast, efficient and made sure I had everything in my order before he gave me my bag. a friend ordered a little last minute and hardly had to wait for his order. he deserves a lob and more! many thanks for their great service erik.

Went for what a quiet, peaceful late evening meal (9:00 o'clock) to be where there was a party ended and all children (especially teenagers) were everywhere on the place and never end screaming. blackberry tee that tasted like wet penicilin, salat and dressing was old and tasteless. hauptgrob was steak, kartoffeln and sweet. steak was boiled incorrectly (for rare and well made,) kartoffels were dry and seemed old and economical seemed to be near roar. I had waited almost 20 minutes to talk to the server and another 15-20 so that she could talk to the manager and then come back and tell me that she made a new kennzeichen for me. until then I was done and ready to go and went as hungry as I was when I arrived and just wanted to go. a total hip evening and a waste of money!

Buyer's intention! the online ordering system is terrible. it glitt and tells them something went wrong and call the load. when they call this place, no one answers the phone. So I ordered somewhere else. then received 2 texts that my delivery was planned. I finally came through and they said they both had failed. but they don't. I was charged a total of $117. released to my account. I called and spoke the next day with an assistant manager. he took my information and said he or his gm would take care and that they would call me the next day. that never happened. So I went to the place to talk to the gm. he refused to talk to me to solve this or to give me the number of district leaders. they gave me the customer service line that is open 9-4. I still have no refund and will call the district manager to tell them about my experience. terrible service!

Eating was okay, but server was excellent. he worked all the place of himself and made an incredible job.

The waitress was wonderful and the food was good also
