Burger King - Протвино

The food is good and tasty, but the desire to dine in the restaurant is completely dampened by one individual, presumably the restaurant manager or someone in a similar position. We were sitting as a group, everything seemed fine, and we were being quiet. Then, a new employee walked by, and the manager, while giving instructions, pointed to our table and made a derogatory comment about us being a bunch of immature brats. This completely destroyed our desire to return. On a positive note, the other staff members are kind and responsive. It’s unfortunate that such a toxic presence is in a leadership position there.

"There are too many kids occupying the tables, but they don’t buy anything."

The restaurant itself is nice, but the experience is overshadowed by the teenagers who behave inappropriately. They smoke e-cigarettes right in the café, curse, shout at each other, and occupy all the tables, making it impossible to sit down and enjoy a meal. As a result, I end up having to take my food to go.

The place is constantly filled with teenagers who are swearing, smoking e-cigarettes, and drinking. Nobody is asking them to leave.
