We took nests accompanied by two kinds of noodles with chicken and shrimp. The nems were good but classic, on the other hand the noodles were really excellent!!!

Back to Propriano, I am happy to taste the very good cuisine of the pous.I consult by chance tripadvisor and I am horrified to read Sylvie's nasty opinion, which for me is totally unfounded.1 , the bosses did not open a restaurant, but an Asian snack (it's basically written on the sign!) , they do it much to take away.2 Did you get close? You would have seen that everything is fresh, the vegetables and meat cut almost to measure! Moreover their card does not have a large amount of dishes so that they can work the fee.3. visibly, you had taken some food to take away, you had to put them in your stove long after purchasing. If you had made the pictures once the dishes were warmed they would not have that aspect.4. with open kitchen, have you noticed hygiene and cleanliness? all the kitchen and hood are in stainless steel, have you seen traces of fat and I'll even dare say traces of fingers on the hood for example? I see that on tripadvisor you only emit 3 reviews and all are severe reviews, do you know that you can also issue favorable opinions in order to give good addresses and encourage restaurateurs who deserve it? in any case you have succeeded one thing, if you wanted to hurt these two young bosses, you have succeeded!.

This restaurant is not fancy as the others around but where there is a lack of fancyness it totally wins for the excellent food, we took the 3 starters, and they weren't freezed food, they make the fried food by themselves and the pad Thai was simply amazing, the perfect balance of good ingredients and not too heavy spices which for this kind of kitchen is an usual mistake. I would totally recommend this place to anyone is an easy going person who loves a nice environment, and a bit of spicy food, they will give you a really hot sauce which is good but not for everyone, I personally loved it! I'd definitely come back
