Domino's Pizza - Prior Lake

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They forgot part of my order, and when I called to inquire about it, I had to make several attempts before reaching someone. When I finally got through and asked for a quick delivery of the missing items, the person on the other end said it would take 45 minutes. He was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. In the end, I requested a refund, and the young supervisor even laughed when I mentioned I would be contacting the store manager. Overall, this was an unprofessional experience that left me very dissatisfied.

The last several times I've ordered a chicken, onions and BBQ sauce pizza and it's always been fantastic. I'll order again since it's a great pizza at a great price!
