The place is in need of good management! The waiting staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. The breakfast menu is silly as the waiting staff need to walk around with the blackboard with chalk on it to display the items, and the price of toasted sandwiches is somewhat extreme. The place does look nice, though! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

A shocking experience. Serving raw chicken livers and only delivering 2 out 4 ordered dishes to the table!! The waiter couldn’t care less when we asked when our food is coming 20min after the first 2 people received their food. 30 min later we asked again. Then the manager came asking what was ordered. This after we returned our son’s raw chicken livers received it back again, still waiting. She left the table and nothing. We could not wait longer, and paid for the 2 meals only. We went next door to Lemon and Lime and bought 2x pies. It left a very bad taste about Pringle Bay, and from then we only visited restaurants in Betty’s and Kleinmond.
