Lapperts Ice Cream - Princeville

Lappert’s Hawaii is the real deal! Delicious ice cream in many wonderful flavors not commonly available on the mainland featuring coconut, macadamia nuts, white chocolate, pineapple, and other delicious varieties. My favorite is to get the ice cream in one of the many varieties of chocolate dipped waffle cones. Two scoops so I can get two flavors. Nothing is more refreshing on a humid hot day than a couple of scoops of ice cream in a chocolate cone!

What a magical place! Been so excited to come get this ice cream… Just heard the amazing things about the Kona coffee ice cream and the macadamia nut vanilla ice cream. I mean, when you come to know why, what more do you do besides stuff your face with a local delicacies? We came here on a weekday afternoon, there was only one person working there, and she was as sweet as a button. Her forearms are nice and muscular, meaning that she working really hard to scoop the biggest scoops of ice cream ever! She did not disappoint and she did it with such a sweet smile. We had the Lava Tube, which was two scoops of macadamia nut ice cream covered with macadamia nuts, whip cream, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and some chocolate chip waffle cone adorned with a sour candy rainbow, and that was just so delicious and simply sinful. We also ordered a warm waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream: Kona coffee ice cream and a macadamia nut scoop. We paid, tipped her well, and ran out of the store with our goods, giddy as if we were running out on our last day of school. Thank you Hawaii, aloha and Malabo.

Best Latte we have found on Kauai and the best Ice cream in hand made cones. Do not miss it. Amazing. They roast there own coffee and make there own ice cream.

Great ice cream! Quick service. If I hate customers had a face, it would be the two young women in there yesterday. Sorry for them...

The chocolate macadamia nut ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle cone is to die for! I've been coming to Lappert's ever since I discovered them in Honolulu in 1986. They are by far my favorite ice cream shop in the world!
