But when we showed up, Tre Piani was CLOSED!! Light from the door locked! What a great disappointment!! We were shocked! What a nonsense is that?
They were closed. They sent me numerous memories of my reservation and when I was there a note on the door that they were closed. No explanation. I met one from the city client We had all beaten there and had to find another and another place. Very embarrassing
We had made a business reservation at Tre Piani, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed! I had called multiple times before our team arrived for lunch, but no one answered. We were not informed that they were closed, and it was a very disappointing experience for our team.
I booked a dinner here to meet my sister who was visited from the city (Maryland). We drove over an hour from the northern NJ to dinner in Tre Piani. Upon arrival, however, the restaurant was closed with only one handwritten note at the door, without further explanations of why they were closed. We also made a reservation earlier in the week that was cancelled by the restaurant due to snow ice, but we were notified by email and received a voicemail indicating that the restaurant was closed early due to the weather conditions (which is completely understandable as the roads were very icy this day). However, when I made the second reservation, I received no call or cancellation email as I did before. I am very frustrated and disappointed that we were not notified in advance and had to make a 2 hour round trip for nothing. I came to the restaurant and have not received any answer yet. We were very excited about dinner here (therefore we have made two reservations) and were very frustrated and disappointing because of the lack of communication and without subsequent declaration.
The food was awful. Over cooked, dry no flavor. Very disappointing. Service was good, but the food was below par
